Henry is influenced by what he sees and hears via various news sources. He also enjoys history, particularly ancient civilizations. He also relies on his mechanical, computer programming, and overall technical backgrounds. His stories are laced with technical designs and ideas while providing enough details to make the concepts interesting and understandable. He also provides a human element, drawing on his observations of everyday people, which can be quite entertaining. To say the least.
Henry also enjoys the science fiction writings of T. S. Falk and Nathan Hystad. along with TV shows FIrefly, Fringe, and The X-Files.
